Our coverage fully protects your appliances, including insurance against functional faults. However, it assumes that you will take proper care of your appliances, and any actions that endanger them will not be covered. The following are examples of exclusions:

  • Failure to follow manufacturer’s usage guidelines for operating your appliances.
  • Storing appliances in environments that expose them to harmful environmental factors, reducing their lifespan.
  • Improper handling or transportation, even within the same premises, resulting in damage.
  • Failure to protect appliances from infestations, such as pests or rodents.
  • Consumable parts like filters in water purifiers or kitchen chimneys, which are designed to be replaced by the consumer, are not covered.
  • Accessories, cosmetic parts, or non-essential components (e.g., remotes, cables, cosmetic damages like scratches or dents).
  • Non-operational or cosmetic damage, such as dents, scratches, or damage to paintwork or the product’s finish.
  • Damage due to accidents, overuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance of the appliance.
  • Damage caused by power issues, such as power surges, power loss, incorrect voltage, or current.
  • Damage due to unauthorized repairs, theft, burglary, accidents (including natural disasters like storms, earthquakes, floods), misuse, fire, lightning, malicious damage, insect infestations, etc.
  • Breakdowns caused by computer viruses, data corruption, product repositioning, or software issues.
  • Costs for removing or reinstalling the product, and expenses due to improper installation, modifications, or maintenance.
  • Use of non-manufacturer-approved batteries, chargers, or accessories, as well as faulty electrical connections.

Breakdowns caused by computer viruses or product repositioning Data backup and restoration, as well as debugging and modifying computer software.

The OneClickSupport AMC Plan begins from the date of purchase and remains valid for the duration you select — 1 year, 2 years, or more. Throughout the plan period, our expert technicians will handle all scheduled maintenance services whenever you raise a request, ensuring your appliances run smoothly without any hassle.

Devices must be manufactured in India or legally imported into India and sold through authorized channels with an invoice. The Device needs to have a minimum manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months, applicable in India.
Devices must be in functioning order, which will be confirmed during an inspection visit.
For major appliances such as televisions, air conditioners, washing machines, and refrigerators, the lifespan should not exceed 9 years, while for other appliances, the lifespan should not exceed 4 years. 
The brand must be from the list provided and must be in use at the residence premises.

We only utilise genuine spares supplied by the relevant brand. We stand by our work and provide a 6-months service warranty on all workmanship.
