Yes. Repair visits are for fixing issues, while maintenance visits are scheduled services to keep appliances running efficiently (cleaning, inspection, etc.). Maintenance is included only in the Home Care plan (2 visits).

Yes, the plan can be transferred within our serviceable areas. Please contact support to update your address.

Coverage includes one unit per appliance type. For example, one fridge, one TV, etc. If you have more units, you can purchase an additional plan.

You can renew the plan to continue enjoying repair and maintenance benefits. We’ll also remind you before the plan ends.
